The HinaESS PowerStack BCU is the battery management and control module (BMS) designed for the high-voltage HinaESS PowerStack lithium batteries, used in self-consumption, hybrid or off-grid systems. Its function is to monitor, balance and protect the connected battery modules, ensuring safe and efficient system operation.
IMPORTANT: This component is sold separately for replacement or expansion of HinaESS PowerStack batteries, but it is not a battery itself.

The PowerStack high-voltage battery from HinaESS redefines residential and industrial energy storage, offering an efficient, safe, and affordable solution. The PowerStack integrates an advanced Battery Management System (BMS) that monitors and optimizes the performance of each module (nominal module voltage: 70.4V, nominal capacity: 72Ah, nominal energy: 5.069kWh). The advanced BMS not only maximizes battery life but also offers comprehensive protection, including IP65 protection against dust and water, and a wide operating voltage range (61.6V - 80.3V).
Compatibility is key, and the HinaESS PowerStack battery has been designed to integrate seamlessly with a wide range of leading solar inverters on the market. Its advanced communication protocol ensures efficient energy management between the battery and the inverter. (Do not hesitate to consult us about the specific compatibility with your inverter!).
For optimal performance, a charge/discharge current of 36A (0.5C per module) is recommended, with a maximum continuous capacity of 50.4A (0.7C per module) and a maximum continuous power of 3.548kW per module. The system allows up to 8 modules in series per cluster and up to 20 clusters in parallel without the need for additional units.
The PowerStack also stands out for its flexible remote maintenance and an original backup system to prevent failures, ensuring continuous operation and minimizing interruptions.
