2. Purpose of the contract

These Terms regulate the sales relationship between SUMINISTROS DEL SOL and the User who purchases products through the website www.suministrosdelsol.com.

By placing an order, the User declares that he/she has the legal capacity to contract and accepts these Terms.

3. Purchase process

  • The User may purchase as a guest or by registering on the website.
  • All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated, and are shown in euros.
  • Shipping costs will be indicated separately before confirming the purchase.
  • The contract can only be formalized in Spanish.

4. Product delivery

  • The maximum delivery time is 30 calendar days, unless another time is specified in the product description.
  • In case of unjustified delay, the User may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
  • Orders are only delivered within the territory indicated on the website.

5. Warranties

  • All products come with a 3-year legal warranty from the date of delivery, in accordance with Spanish consumer law (TRLGDCU).
  • The consumer has the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract. These actions will be free of charge for the customer.
  • Some manufacturers may offer an additional commercial warranty (e.g., 5 or 10 years). This warranty is voluntary and binding on the manufacturer. The User may contact either SUMINISTROS DEL SOL or the manufacturer/their authorized service center. SUMINISTROS DEL SOL will provide the necessary information to access this warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, tampering, accidents, power surges, abnormal conditions, or normal wear and tear.

6. Right of withdrawal

  • The User has 14 calendar days from receipt to return the product without justification.
  • The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the User, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the return, using the same payment method employed in the purchase.

7. Defective or incorrect products

If the received product is defective, damaged, or does not match the order, SUMINISTROS DEL SOL will assume all costs of replacement, repair, or full refund.

8. Payment methods

Accepted payment methods are those indicated on the website at the time of purchase.

9. Invoicing

The invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

10. Installation, commissioning, and technical support

  • Some products (e.g., inverters, regulators, batteries, self-consumption systems) require technical knowledge for proper installation and configuration.
  • To ensure correct operation and avoid damage, installation is recommended to be carried out by qualified personnel, strictly following the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • SUMINISTROS DEL SOL offers basic technical support for configuration and commissioning, which must be requested before installation. If the User expressly waives this support or carries out the installation without following the instructions provided, this may be taken into account when assessing warranty coverage, if it is proven that the defect comes from incorrect installation.
  • If the User subsequently requests a technical review of the installation carried out without the prior consent of SUMINISTROS DEL SOL, this service will have a fixed cost of €150, to be paid in advance.
  • Technical support is provided exclusively through WhatsApp messages, and the number will be provided when sending the order if the service is included.
  • The warranty will not be automatically void, but it will not cover damages caused by:
    • Incorrect or incompatible connections.
    • Improper handling or unauthorized use of the equipment software.
    • Installation by unqualified personnel resulting in malfunction.
  • In any case, the User will always retain their rights recognized by the applicable consumer legislation.

11. Limitation of liability

  • Errors resulting from false or inaccurate data provided by the User.
  • Damages caused by improper use of the products.
  • Service interruptions caused by external factors (power outages, telecommunications failures, etc.).

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

Consumers: In the event of a dispute arising from the purchase of products or services, the User may bring the matter before the courts of their habitual residence as a consumer, in accordance with the Spanish Consumer Protection Law (RDL 1/2007) and the Civil Procedure Act.

Companies/Professionals: In transactions carried out with companies or professionals acting within the framework of their commercial or business activity, both parties expressly agree that any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Málaga, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
