What is a Heat Pipe solar thermophoon?

A Heat Pipe solar thermophoon of vacuum tubes such as the FUJI-HP H150 is a more advanced and efficient variant of the conventional thermophose. The vacuum tube system achieves greater heat transfer and greater efficiency in solar capture.

Vacuum tubes are connected to the solar collector. The heat ducts of vacuum tubes transfer heat faster to water.

Heat Pipe technology improves the efficiency of solar energy capture and heat transfer to water, which increases hot water production while reducing energy consumption. This system is ideal for applications that require greater energy efficiency.

What advantages does Heat Pipe thermophoon have in front of the conventional thermophoon?

1. Increased efficiency: Vacuum tubes allow greater heat transfer and improve solar energy capture.

2. Better performance in low solar radiation conditions: vacuum tubes are more efficient in solar capture on cloudy days or areas with low solar radiation.

3. Reduced heat loss: Heat Pipe thermophoons reduce heat loss, keeping the water hot for longer.

4. Durability and resistance: they have a longer service life and are more resistant to adverse weather conditions.

5. Less maintenance: its greater efficiency and durability translates into long-term cost savings.

Technology and features FUJI-HP H150

The FUJISOL thermophoon works without pump, through natural convection. The hot water inside the tubes rises to the accumulator while the cold water descends into the tubes.

Vacuum tubes with technology Heat Pipe they have a vaporizing flow that works as a heater. This fluid evaporates from the effect of solar radiation and ascends to the upper end of the tube, which is at a lower temperature. This makes the steam condense, yields its energy and returns to its liquid state by action of gravity to the bottom of the tube, where by receiving more radiation, it evaporates again and begins a new cycle.

Vacuum tubes are composed of two crystal concentric tubes, extremely resistant, of borosilicate that maintain a high pressure vacuum each other acting as an ideal insulation. Vacuum properties as insulating make FUJISOL collectors suitable for any type of climate, even with temperatures below zero. They are able to absorb diffuse radiation in cloudy days. The inner tube is treated with dual M-ALN selective surface that provides the highest efficiency (95%) and thermal stability, while avoiding thermal losses below 5%.

This compact vacuum tube thermophone is able to heat water to the temperatures of sanitary consumption safely through its anti-legionela system. The aim of the model system in which the thermal transfer vacuum tube technology is applied with serpentin inside the tank is to achieve durability and superior performance.

The system applied in this model consists of the natural circulation of the fluid (water/glycol) between the collector and the accumulator/heat exchanger. Vacuum tubes are filled with fluid that is the natural heat transmitter. By radiation action the heat is captured and transmitted to the inside of the tubes and by natural action the heat ascends to the inside of the accumulator and at the same time the lower temperature fluid is lower in direction to the end of the vacuum tubes, causing the heat circulation within the system.

Thanks to the concept of the vacuum tube the heat losses are minimized, these are practically null. The tubes are able to capture diffuse light on a cloudy day, getting to heat the water up to profitable levels, soothing this water in the deposit by the thermophophon effect.

Through this anti-legionela system, the water stored in the deposit is never mixed with the ACS. This is achieved thanks to a copper serpentine that acts as an exchanger for which the water circulates by heating instantly.

This thermophophon is able to work with high water pressures, supporting the input of water to network pressure in the exchanger. It can be said that it is composed of a series of small individual heaters (each tube), so that repairs and replacements can be performed easily and economically, simply replacing the defective tube.

This thermophophon has exceptional qualities with adverse weather conditions, resisting hail impacts of 25 mm and winds up to 120 km/h.

The use of the thermophophon is especially suitable for single-family housing, so that the installation of the system can be done in a very simple way by producing hot water at a constant temperature. In order to optimize the system, a delayed mixing valve should be used at a consumption temperature. With the anti-legionela system, in addition to producing hot water safely, you can get more quantity than traditional systems, as there is no limiting the volume of the deposit.

To ensure optimal operation, it has a mechanism that automatically fills the deposit to ensure the optimal level of the deposit.
