23)  Returning defective, damaged or incorrect products or exercising the right of return

25)  Commissioning of the equipment

If you have expressly waived receiving technical support for the start-up, you can skip this point.

For pre-configuration and start-up, please contact our technical support department BEFORE PLACING A SINGLE CABLE and at least ONE DAY BEFORE BEGINNING WITH THE INSTALLATION. Connecting the equipment beforehand or doing it incorrectly invalidates the guarantee and will entail an additional cost of €150 that must be paid in advance.

The person installing the equipment/s must have basic knowledge of electricity and have a multimeter for checks. The contact for technical support attends exclusively by WhatsApp messages and his number will be provided when sending the order.

Note: In the case of Axpert inverters, they will not be supported if they are connected to a network, nor will they be able to manage Wi-Fi.


26)  Provider's rights

- Preserve, modify or suspend your website without prior notice.
