Returning defective, damaged or incorrect products or exercising the right of return
Once you have received your order, you can cancel your purchase, as long as the product has not been used, has its original packaging and corresponding manuals, as well as all its original accessories or promotional gifts, if any, within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order.
The customer will be responsible for the return of the product, unless it is defective, damaged or incorrect. Likewise, in the event of choosing the option of collecting the product from the customer's home, the costs of the collection itself will be borne by the customer.
In order for the return conditions to be met, it is essential that you have carefully reviewed the state of the received pallet or package, before signing the carrier's delivery note; and if possible of each of the panels if that is the case. If you notice any apparent damage to the product itself or to its packaging, whatever it may be, expressly indicate it on the delivery note that the carrier will present to you for your signature and take a photo of it to keep a copy. We remind you that when you use your right of withdrawal, the money paid for the product(s) purchased will be refunded less the amount of delivery costs. Likewise, if you choose the option of collecting the product at your home, the costs of the collection itself will also be borne by the customer.
The articles must be accompanied by their original packaging. In this sense, no returns will be accepted for products that have been tampered with in any way, either in their original form or in their electronic configuration.
In the case of products that require them to be opened and used in order to find out if they are working properly, the Provider will require that the product being returned is in perfect condition and that it has all its elements, packaging and wrapping. He must also ensure that:
a) It has not been used incorrectly or negligently, has not been handled in an inappropriate or imprudent manner and has not been subjected to abnormal or harmful conditions.
b) It has not been involved in any accident or been damaged when trying to repair or modify it.
c) Has not been used in a manner contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
d) Has not deteriorated due to natural wear and tear after receipt.
In the event that the product does not meet any of the above requirements, we may decide, at our discretion, not to repair or replace the product or refund the amount paid and/or we may ask you to reimburse the full cost of transport and servicing, which will be charged at the current standard rates.
We may charge your credit or debit card account for these costs or use the payment details provided when you place your order.
In the event of a defective product, the Provider will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free of charge for the consumer and user except for return costs.
In the event that the product or its packaging has been damaged or is not in its original condition, the value of the item will be depreciated. This provision does not affect the rights granted to the consumer by the legislation in force.
