Shipping & Returns

1) Shipping Methods

The form of shipment is home and collected in physical store. For shipments with destination Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) or Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, will be the transport company in charge of the service. The order will be sent to the address you indicated at the time you made your purchase. *Important: In case of not being able to make the delivery by absence of the addressee, the transport agency will leave an indicative note and will try to contact by telephone with the addressee. After two failed attempts, the customer must contact the transport agency to proceed with delivery.

2) Delivery time

- Peninsula (Spain and Portugal): The delivery time ranges between 2 and 5 working days. It is an estimate that may vary depending on the circumstances of the moment and the location, unrelated to Suministros del Sol.

- Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: The delivery time depends on the area and the conditions of the transport company.

3) Shipping costs

- Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal):

o Shipping is FREE for all purchases over 300€ VAT included.

o Orders with a value equal to or less than 300€ have a cost of 8€ VAT included.

5) Warranty

In case of a defective product:

- Suministrosdelsol.com will proceed to the substitution, price reduction or termination of the contract, as appropriate.

- In the case of processing an RMA to carry out a revision or repair of a product, the client must send the equipment to the technical service specified by Suministros del Sol.

- At all times, the subsequent procedures will be free for the consumer or user in the case of a defective product; both return and repair, except for products shipped outside the Iberian Peninsula, whose return costs will also be borne by the customer.

- If the technical service determines that the damages are not covered by the guarantee, a report will be sent to the client with the result of the analysis and a repair budget including the return costs, which must be assumed by the client.

Return of the package

To process a return, you must contact us directly. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
