Shipping & Returns
1) Shipping Methods
The form of shipment is home and collected in physical store. For shipments with destination Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) or Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, will be the transport company in charge of the service. The order will be sent to the address you indicated at the time you made your purchase. *Important: In case of not being able to make the delivery by absence of the addressee, the transport agency will leave an indicative note and will try to contact by telephone with the addressee. After two failed attempts, the customer must contact the transport agency to proceed with delivery.
2) Delivery time
- Peninsula (Spain and Portugal): Delivery time is between 48 and 72 hours.
- Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: The delivery time depends on the area and the conditions of the transport company.
3) Shipping costs
- Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
o Shipping is FREE for all purchases over 300€.
o Orders with a value equal to or less than 300€ have a cost of 8€.

In case of a defective product:
- Suministrosdelsol.com will proceed to the substitution, reduction of the price or resolution of the contract, according to corresponds. - In all moment, the managements will be free for the consumer or user in case of defective product.
Return of the package
To process a return, you must contact us directly. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
